Libby Parke is a printmaker and visual artist based in South East Queensland. Introduced to printmaking as a teenager by artist Mo Skett, Libby had continued to hone her printmaking skills, drawing on nature, history and mythology for inspiration. Influenced by her Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History, Libby uses her knowledge of bygone civilisation and mythology to reveal the evolution in the relationship between human societies and nature, exploring human reverence, rejection and reunion with the natural world.
